Did you know that drinking coffee before you take a nap is a very effective way to power nap? It takes about 20-30 mins for the coffee to kick in, just long enough to finish that power nap. Then you wake up rested and with a new kick of energy! I don't think I would have thought of that if I hadn't read it. It seems counter productive at first. It also insures that I won't over nap because my body wants to get up and use that caffeine.
